Project Outline
I created an accessible follow-up form for those interested in The Edge Program, an employment program for people with disabilities run by Brands for Canada. The form screens clients to ensure they meet the program eligibility.
In addition to encorporating brand guidlines, I used Adobe Acrobat 2020's accessibility features, labelling fields for screen readers, included clear instructions, and tested the form with assistive technologies to ensure an inclusive experience for all participants.

- The form allows Brands for Canada's The Edge Program to screen approximately 250 – 300 clients per year, ensuring many people with disabilities are set on a path to acheiving their employment goals.
